What bulb does it take, and is it included?
One E26 LED bulb, not included. For a warm, cozy feel go 2700K. For a brighter look, 3000K works well. The jute weave will add a warm amber tint to whatever bulb you use.
What's the difference between Medium and Large?
Medium is 11.81 inches wide and can drop up to 64.96 inches from the ceiling — tall and narrow, works well in tighter spaces and over smaller surfaces. Large is 19.69 inches wide and drops up to 49.21 inches — wider and lower, better for open rooms where you want more visual presence. Both are single-bulb pendants with the same jute material and finish.

How high should I hang it?
Over a dining table or kitchen island, around 28 to 34 inches from the surface to the bottom of the shade. Over a bedside table or in a reading corner, lower is fine — 18 to 24 inches from the surface gives a more intimate feel. The cord is adjustable so you set it during install.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, with an external dimmer switch or dimmable smart bulbs. No integrated dimmer, so you can use whatever system you already have.
Is it approved for Canadian electrical code?
Yes. UL listed for both the USA and Canada (cUL), so it passes inspection and won't cause issues with insurance or a home sale.
Do I need an electrician?
It's a hardwired fixture that requires installation. If you're replacing an existing ceiling light on the same box, many people handle it themselves. If you're adding a new box or moving the location, use a licensed electrician.

Ships from our Mississauga warehouse. 1 to 3 business days to Eastern Canada, 4 to 6 to Western Canada. Free shipping over $149.
What is the warranty?
2 years from date of purchase.
What if it doesn't work in the space?
30-day returns on uninstalled fixtures. Send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging, uninstalled and unmodified. Once installed, it's no longer eligible for return.

By selecting shipping, the customer acknowledges that the shipment is at their own risk. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will assist you in initiating an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request return authorization. Returns must be approved by Dekor Butik prior to being shipped back. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the applicable return shipping instructions.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Additional conditions may apply depending on the product.
Shipping & Returns - Special Order Large & Oversized Items
Large items such as furniture, area rugs, and lighting are special order and ship direct from our Canadian vendors. Please allow 15-30 days to receive your order, we will provide you with more accurate delivery times once an order is confirmed.
For large or oversized items, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return transportation unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise covered by an approved claim.
Large furniture, rugs, lighting, and other oversized or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated at the time of the return request.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have advised you how to proceed.
We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or other remedy, depending on the circumstances and availability.
Custom & Special-Order Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes, but is not limited to, custom upholstery, custom drapery, custom window coverings, made-to-order furniture, custom-sized rugs, and items ordered specifically for a customer.
Because these items are produced or ordered specifically for you, cancellations are not possible once production or processing has begun.
