Shipping & Returns - In Stock Small Items

We make every effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner. All in-stock items are carefully inspected and packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Dekor Butik is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage that occurs during transit. By selecting shipping, the customer acknowledges that the shipment is at their own risk. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that are lost or damaged by the carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will assist you in initiating an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier may require them for inspection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request return authorization. Returns must be approved by Dekor Butik prior to being shipped back. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the applicable return shipping instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Additional conditions may apply depending on the product.

Shipping & Returns - Special Order Large & Oversized Items

Large items such as furniture, area rugs, and lighting are special order and ship direct from our Canadian vendors. Please allow 15-30 days to receive your order, we will provide you with more accurate delivery times once an order is confirmed.

For large or oversized items, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return transportation unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise covered by an approved claim.

Large furniture, rugs, lighting, and other oversized or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated at the time of the return request.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have advised you how to proceed.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or other remedy, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Custom & Special-Order Items

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to, custom upholstery, custom drapery, custom window coverings, made-to-order furniture, custom-sized rugs, and items ordered specifically for a customer.

Because these items are produced or ordered specifically for you, cancellations are not possible once production or processing has begun.
